The terms and conditions contained herein shall apply to the relationship between the visitor and Viva! FarmHouse from the moment the reservation is requested until the end of the period of accommodation at the hotel.
Where the Terms and Conditions are silent, the Portuguese legislation in force will apply.
Viva! FarmHouse, NIF 516068342, reserves the right to alter these Terms of Use at any time, simply by posting the alterations online on the Website, it being the User's sole responsibility to check and comply with the same at the time of each use. Use of the Website after the posting of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated wording of the Terms. If you do not agree with the changes made or with the Terms of Use in general, you are advised to immediately stop using the Site and Services.
By accessing, using and downloading material from the Website, you agree, on behalf of yourself and/or the entity on whose behalf you are acting, to comply with these Terms of Use and you warrant that you have the authority to act on behalf of the third party that you represent, if any.
You are expressly prohibited to access the Services by any means other than through the interface provided by Viva! FarmHouse.
It is expressly forbidden to use the Website for purposes other than those for which the Website is intended, including illegal purposes or any others that may be considered harmful to Viva! FarmHouse image in the marketplace. Usurpation, plagiarism of content and unfair competition are punishable by law.
It is also forbidden for the User to create or introduce in this Website any type of virus or programs that may damage or contaminate it, or to encourage third parties to do so with the intention of harming the entity in question or entities duly identified as partners.

Viva! FarmHouse reserves the right to:
Modify, add or remove portions of the Terms of Use on a daily basis and at any time.
Modify or terminate the Services for any reason and without prior notice at any time
Remove Accounts of Users whose content is unlawful or offensive to the entity or other Users.

To the extent permitted by law, Viva! FarmHouse assumes no liability to you for any damages resulting from:
- Any judgment of the User as to the completeness, accuracy or existence of any advertisement, the advertising of which is presented on Viva!FarmHouse services.
- Of any changes it may make to the services or permanent or temporary cancellation of any feature or service.
- From deletion or storage error of any content or communications maintained through the use of the services
- Of any direct or indirect violation by the User of the terms of use presented.
- Failure to maintain the confidentiality of the User's password or account.

The entity's liability for damages for any consequential damages and lost profits related to the site and the services, caused by Viva! FarmHouse its representatives or assistants is limited to cases where it acts with intent or gross negligence. If you disagree, in whole or in part, with the website or services, or with the terms of use, you have the sole ability to stop using the website or services, as applicable, and demand the cancellation of your user account.
Any notifications and communications from Viva! FarmHouse to You under the Terms of Use should preferably be made to the email address or address provided on the Website.
If the Customer fails to show up at the Hotel by 23:59 of the check-in date indicated on the booking voucher and fails to provide notice by that time, Viva! FarmHouse may disregard the reservation and resell the booked accommodation, for which Viva! FarmHouse cannot be held responsible for.
The Customer must comply with the internal regulations for use of the Accommodation, and Viva! FarmHouse cannot be held liable for any loss suffered by the Customer as a result of non-compliance.
The Customer must pay the amount indicated on the reservation form as a pre-requisite to be able to use the contracted reservation. At the time of check-in he/she will pay the remaining amount. Cancellation of reservations may imply the loss of partial or total amount of the reservation in favor of Viva! FarmHouse, according to the cancellation policy of the chosen rate.
All prices are shown inclusive of VAT/Sales Taxes and any other taxes (subject to change thereof) and fees unless otherwise stated on the Website.
