Cancellation: If you cancel your reservation up to 2 days before the date of arrival, it will be accepted free of charge. If you cancel later or don't show up, we'll charge you for the first night.
Pre-payment: Your reservation must be guaranteed with the payment of the first night:
- Credit card details (name, number, expiry date and 3 digits on the back next to the signature line);
or
- Bank transfer using the following bank details: Swift:BCOMPTPL; IBAN: PT50 0033 0000 0728 0514 3530 8 then sending the respective proof.

You must guarantee your reservation up to 48 hours before the date of booking.
 
The remaining payment will be made here at check-in.

Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 7 per day.
