RESERVATION POLICY - UPORTO HOUSE
This Booking Policy establishes the terms and conditions governing bookings for the 3 local accommodation units ("Accommodation") managed by Terra Basilar, Lda., legal representative of the Uporto House brand in Porto, Portugal.

Article 1 - Object
1.1 The purpose of this Policy is to define the rules for booking, payment, cancellation and stay in the various Uporto House accommodations.

Article 2 - Booking
2.1 Accommodation can be booked through the following channels:

2.2 The reservation is only considered confirmed after payment of 50% of the total amount of the stay, to be made within 48 hours of booking.
2.3 Payment of the remainder of the stay must be made at check-in.

Article 3 - Cancellation
3.1 A booking can be cancelled up to 7 days before the check-in date without penalty.
3.2 In the event of cancellation less than 7 days before the check-in date, the owner reserves the right to withhold the 50% deposit.
3.3 In the event of a no-show, the Owner reserves the right to retain the full amount of the stay.

Article 4 - Arrival and Departure
4.1 Check-in takes place from 15h00 and check-out until 12h00.
4.2 At check-in, guests must present a valid identity document.
4.3 At check-out, guests must leave the Accommodation in the same condition as when they arrived.

Article 5 - Rules of Stay
5.1 The maximum number of occupants per accommodation unit is [Insert number].
5.2 Smoking is not permitted in the Accommodation.
5.3 Pets are not allowed in the Accommodation.
5.4 Guests must keep the Accommodation clean and tidy.
5.5 Guests must respect the silence and rest of their neighbours.

Article 6 - Responsibilities
6.1 The Owner is not responsible for damage to or loss of guests' personal property.
6.2 Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the Accommodation during their stay.

Article 7 - Applicable Law
7.1 This Policy is governed by Portuguese law.

Article 8 - Jurisdiction
8.1 For the resolution of any dispute arising from this Policy, the jurisdiction of the District of Oporto is competent.

Observations
This Policy may be amended at any time by the Owner, without prior notice.
In case of doubt, guests should contact the Owner.
Recommendations
Guests are advised to read this Policy carefully before booking.
It is recommended that guests take out travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances.
